1. About bebot

bebot is a Manila-based streetwear brand. By accessing our website (bebot.ph) or placing a reservation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Reservations & Orders

Reservations made through bebot.ph are not confirmed purchases. A reservation holds your item pending payment. Payment is required to complete your order. bebot reserves the right to cancel a reservation if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.

For pickup reservations: payment is made in person at the Bebot Party event (Annex, 5638 Don Pedro, Makati City, 1209 Metro Manila, after 5pm). For waitlist entries, payment details will be communicated via WhatsApp.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Philippine Peso (₱) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of reservation confirmation applies to your order.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchanges on unused items in original condition within 7 days of purchase, subject to stock availability. Sale items are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Items must be presented with proof of purchase.

For defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on bebot.ph — including logos, images, designs, and copy — is the property of bebot and protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

bebot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, to the extent permitted by Philippine law. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Makati City, Metro Manila.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
